Job Description | Role and Responsibilities
- Ensure client experience is proficient including bookings, payments, and consultation cards
- Interact and communicate effectively with clients, members, team members, guests, and management team
- Report on a regular basis to Spa Manager on the performance related to any beauty services.
- Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness in the Beauty Salon and department.
- Perform forecasting and departmental budget as required.
- Manage operating expenses to minimize costs while providing excellent guest services.
- Perform beauty treatment to the highest standard.
- Actively promote marketing activities set out by the Manager and assist to drive Salon target revenue.
- Assist with the training of any beauty and skin care services.
- Promote the sale of merchandise in conjunction with beauty products.
- Assist in the selection, training and development of the associate within the department.
Candidate Profile | Who Can Apply
- Experience managing own diary
- Experience working as a Beautician
- Proper cosmetology license
- In-depth learning of beauty products and technique
- Effective communication skills and well speaking skills
- Capable to stand for ample hours on peak time.
