• Ensure client experience is proficient including bookings, payments, and consultation cards
• Interact and communicate effectively with clients, members, team members, guests, and management team
• Report on a regular basis to Spa Manager on the performance related to any beauty services.
• Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness in the Beauty Salon and department.
• Perform forecasting and departmental budget as required.
• Manage operating expenses to minimize costs while providing excellent guest services.
• Perform beauty treatment to the highest standard.
• Actively promote marketing activities set out by the Manager and assist to drive Salon target revenue.
• Assist with the training of any beauty and skin care services.
• Promote the sale of merchandise in conjunction with beauty products.
• Assist in the selection, training and development of the associate within the department.
