Job Description | Responsibilities

  • 70% Email support, 30% Calls

  • Assist customers, resolve issues,  ensure smooth communication

  • Strong email writing skills essential

  • On-site in Maadi – Fixed US night shifts (3:00 or 4:00 PM Cairo time)

  • 9-Hr shift including 1.5-hour break

  • 2 rotational days off weekly

  • Recruitment: Initial Interview (Online/On-site)→ Writing Test →Final Interview  onsite
