Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

  • To handle loan documentation, security creation and perfection for retail Home Loans / Residential / Commercial LAP.
  • To handle drafting of Loan documents from scratch.
  • Able to understand, grasp and direct all kinds of property acquisitions.
     

Candidate Profile | Who Can Apply
  • LLB/LLM with 12+ years of experience in Bank/HFC/NBFC with exposure to HL, LAP & SME.
  • Must have exposure to All-India lending or working knowledge of property transactions in diverse geographies.
Education
  • LLB - Any Specialization
  • LLM - Any Specialization
  • Any Doctorate - Any Specialization
