Job Description | Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize human 3D organoid and spheroid models for disease research.
- Perform mammalian, primary, stem-cell, and co-culture experiments.
- Conduct assays including RT-qPCR, ELISA, Western blot, flow cytometry, and immunostaining.
- Use fluorescence/confocal microscopy and quantitative image analysis to evaluate organoids.
- Analyze experimental data and support scientific reports, publications, patents, and collaborations.
