Job Description | Responsibilities
- Manage customer ledgers, payment schedules, collections, and accounts receivable.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for collections, bookings, and revenue.
- Maintain CRM data accuracy and ERP records.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and CRM teams.
- Track customer payments, invoicing, and outstanding balances.
- Analyze MIS data and generate business reports using Advanced MS Excel.
