Job Description | Responsibilities

  • Manage customer ledgers, payment schedules, collections, and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for collections, bookings, and revenue.
  • Maintain CRM data accuracy and ERP records.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and CRM teams.
  • Track customer payments, invoicing, and outstanding balances.
  • Analyze MIS data and generate business reports using Advanced MS Excel.
