Assistant Manager - Affiliate & Performance Marketing

We are hiring an Assistant Manager – Affiliate & Performance Marketing to drive subscriber acquisition through affiliate and performance channels. The role will manage affiliate networks, publishers and partners, optimize CPA/CPI/CPS campaigns, monitor traffic quality and fraud, and improve conversion, ROI, CAC and LTV. Candidates should have 4–8 years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, Meta Ads and Google Ads, and analytical and stakeholder management skills.
