Job Description | Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies tailored to corporate interior fit-out and co-working projects.
  • Forecast material requirements based on project schedules, BOQs, and design specifications.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
  • Build and manage a network of reliable vendors, suppliers, and contractors (MEP, civil, modular furniture, loose furniture, IT, AV, etc.).
