- Configure and customize Avature ATS/CRM workflows, forms, permissions, and automation.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into effective Avature solutions.
- Manage testing, UAT, troubleshooting, enhancements, and implementation activities.
- Support integrations, documentation, and post-go-live system operations.
