Job Description | Responsibilities
- Design and develop personalized customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
- Configure AEP schemas, datasets, customer profiles, identities, and audience segmentation.
- Build event-driven, real-time, and batch journeys across email, SMS, push, and web channels.
- Integrate AJO/AEP with CRM, analytics, APIs, and other enterprise platforms.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, deployment, monitoring, and journey optimization
