Job Description | Responsibilities
- Coordinate the activities of our engineers in the field;
- Manage and negotiate claims and warranties with the customers;
- Support all claims with the required qualitative documentation (8D reports, 5S reports.. )
- Create the 'installation' reports;
- Coordinate and manage the reparations and quality inspections of the material in plant;
