Lead end-to-end ADMS tower operations (DMS, OMS, SCADA integration)
Manage 24/7 support for grid?critical applications; ensure SLA/KPI adherence
Direct cross?functional teams (ADMS engineers, SCADA, GIS, integration experts)
Act as primary client/stakeholder delivery contact; provide governance updates
Oversee integration with SCADA, GIS, AMI, SAP ERP & field services
Drive incident/problem/change management, RCA & preventive actions
