Job Description | Responsibilities
- Manage the complete Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle from order booking to collections.
- Oversee billing, invoicing, cash application, and accounts receivable.
- Monitor DSO, collections, reconciliations, and resolve billing disputes.
- Ensure GST, e-invoicing, and statutory compliance.
- Prepare AR reports, dashboards, and support audits.
- Lead the AR team and drive process improvements using ERP systems.
