Accounts Executive

Accountables is seeking a proactive and skilled Account Executive (Semi-Qualified CA) to join a rapidly expanding financial services firm based in New Delhi. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for leading accounting and reporting for a prestigious portfolio of clients in the US and UK. Additionally, you will mentor junior team members and collaborate with international stakeholders to drive financial strategy.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting & reporting for UK/US client portfolios
• Prepare/review financial statements & month-end deliverables
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
• Maintain internal financial controls for audit readiness
• Coordinate & review junior team members' accounting work
• Partner directly with business founders, CFOs, & stakeholders

Requirements

• Education: Semi-qualified CA; B.Com Graduate
• Experience: 1-2 years in accounting, financial reporting/ controllship
• Core Skills: Strong fundamental accounting knowledge & proactive mindset
