Account Manager

• Sales enablement and a medium to high visibility role.
• Respond to coordinate with merchants after getting quries with defined SLAs.
• Ensuring merchants are updated on the progress of the queries/issued faced and revert with logical closure.
• Support functions including but not limites of FinOps, Leagal, Banking Ops, Biz Ops, Onboarding teams etc.
