Backend Lead

• 5+ years of backend development experience.

• Strong command of TypeScript, NestJS/ExpressJS.

• Proven experience in designing and maintaining microservices architecture.

• Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, BullMQ, or similar.

• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL, MySQL, and query optimization.

• Experience with Python (Flask, FastAPI).
