Job Description | Role and Responsibilities
Accomplishes business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans; implementing sales plans; managing staff.
Monitoring And Controlling Sales/Marketing Activities.
Training To The Field Staff.
Effectively Conceptualizing And Developing Product Positioning.
Primary and Secondary sales consistency.
Preparing deliverables and targets for all team members.
Driving team members to achievement of targets in line with the activities, focus areas of the organization.
Sales Forecasting at monthly and quarterly level.
Managing CFA.
Ensuring timely reporting through team in company prescribed formats.
Involvement in the competency based recruitment process and coordinate with zonal HR for the same.
Candidate Profile | Who Can Apply
Exposure into Diabetic & Neuro segment will be given first preference and Ortho, Multi-Specialty and Gastro will be given second preference.
Sales of engineering spare parts; team management experience.
Deep understanding of CRM systems.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication & leadership skills.
