Job Description | Responsibilities
- Accomplishes business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans; implementing sales plans; managing staff.
- Monitoring And Controlling Sales/Marketing Activities.
- Training To The Field Staff.
- Effectively Conceptualizing And Developing Product Positioning.
- Primary and Secondary sales consistency.
- Preparing deliverables and targets for all team members.
- Driving team members to achievement of targets in line with the activities, focus areas of the organization.
- Sales Forecasting at monthly and quarterly level.
- Managing CFA.
- Ensuring timely reporting through team in company prescribed formats.
- Involvement in the competency based recruitment process and coordinate with zonal HR for the same.
