Job Description | Role and Responsibilities
Complied with all established policies and performed bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, billing, Collections, vendor payment and management.
Review of processing Tax /GST invoices, credit notes, employee reimbursement etc.
Filling of TDS Return, preparing data of GSTR1 & GST3B.
Accurately and quickly prepared and delivered bank statements, including statements, deposits and Handling Petty Cash.
Maintained account accuracy by reviewing and reconciling checks monthly.
Projected financial standings for Time frame, using data to determine areas for improvement and suggest plans of action.
Preparation and analysis of MIS, Balance sheet & P&L report to Management.
Co-ordination with auditors and resolving their queries.
All Accounts payable process including passing of vendors bills/employee reimbursement with proper tax norms. (TDS,GST)make payment of vendors and Handling Petty Cash.
