Job Description | Responsibilities
- Complied with all established policies and performed bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, billing, Collections, vendor payment and management.
- Review of processing Tax /GST invoices, credit notes, employee reimbursement etc.
- Filling of TDS Return, preparing data of GSTR1 & GST3B.
- Accurately and quickly prepared and delivered bank statements, including statements, deposits and Handling Petty Cash.
- Maintained account accuracy by reviewing and reconciling checks monthly.
- Projected financial standings for Time frame, using data to determine areas for improvement and suggest plans of action.
- Preparation and analysis of MIS, Balance sheet & P&L report to Management.
- Co-ordination with auditors and resolving their queries.
- All Accounts payable process including passing of vendors bills/employee reimbursement with proper tax norms. (TDS,GST)make payment of vendors and Handling Petty Cash.
- Handling Payroll and reimbursement of employees.
- Preparing Sales Tax Annexure Monthly & Quarterly Basis, TDS Returns Form.
- Assist and support financial department in preparation of budget and other reports and statements.
