  • Good Communication skills in English , Hindi and Marathi.
  • Telecalling, telemarketing, inhouse sales profile.
  • Making database, Calling the database given,follow-ups and generating leads.
  • Handle calls from customers or clients and provide them with a solution to their queries.
  •  Accuracy is very essential to connect to the correct numbers required.
  •  Operator should have the speed in connecting the calls; hence he/she will not be late in attending the calls.
