Responsible to manage team of bank channel dealers & generate brokerage primarily through advising clients on their equity portfolio for long term investments as well as positional trading ieas in stocks for short / medium term.
Develop and maintain a long-term relationship with customers to maintain a high level of retention of the existing customer and also focus on generating new business.
To ensure team achieves the assigned target on the web bases revenues as well as on the activation of the clients.
Provide regular updates to the immediate superior as and when required.
Candidate Profile | Who Can Apply
Grauate / Post graduate with overall experience of 3 - 4 years experience in a team handling role.
Should have good communication, quick learner with people managment skills.
Should be a result oriented, self starter, proactive, stronge motivetor, collaborative, focused on team cohesion, dynamics & constantly improve quality of performance.
Should Prosses strong networking & relationship building skills.
