Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

  • Handling end-to-end recruitment in all districts(700+) across Pan India.
  • Candidate with 3 to 5 yrs of recruitment experience in 2 and 3 Tier cities.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
  • Sourcing, Screening, Short-listing Profiles, Candidate Tracking, Interview Coordination, Reference checks, Selection and Follow-ups for joining candidates.
  • Handling initial round of HR screening in order to evaluate the candidates.

Candidate Profile | Who Can Apply
  • Preference to candidates who have experience in BFSI segment/ Insurance, Telecom, Logistics, Retail, Hospitality, Market Research, Media, FMCG / FMCD background.
  • Good communication skills and negotiation.
  • Good knowledge of IT/non-IT hiring
  • Have Strong Experience in EXCEL and WORD.
