Candidate Profile | Who Can Apply
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with 15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, specifically managing complex recruitment processes in large organizations.
Proven track record in strategic hiring for leadership positions.
Strong understanding of niche recruitment needs across operational, technical, and corporate functions.
Familiarity with recruitment technologies and tools (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-powered screening tools).
Expertise in high-volume recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and hiring at scale.
