Job Description | Role and Responsibilities
Source and manage diverse candidate pipelines, with active and passive candidates, by utilizing e-recruitment tools, including but not limited to Job Portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, university sourcing, and social & digital media channels.
Consult and advise HR leads and hiring managers to gain a thorough understanding of their talent needs while effectively managing expectations and overseeing the recruiting and hiring process.
Screen and evaluate candidates for a variety of roles and at different levels, including phone/video interviews.
Understand our total compensation/benefits package, company policies, practices, and market differentiators and confidentially communicate them to the candidates, with the ability to influence, persuade and negotiate during the offer process.
Candidate Profile | Who Can Apply
Experience creatively sourcing and hiring diverse professional salaried talent.
Experience specifically sourcing professional talent from Diversified Industry.
Knowledge of the full recruiting cycle and demonstrated experience using an ATS, e-sourcing tools, social media, Microsoft Office products.
Proven positive customer service experience and employee relations skills to facilitate daily interaction, including email, phone and face to face, with internal and external customers.
Business savvy with the ability to hunt, pitch and close deals.
