Job Description | Role and Responsibilities
You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for tech, product, data and design domains.
Building teams from scratch.
Partnering with the functional leaders to understand their hiring needs and building strategy and executing it.
Responsible for providing the best candidate stakeholder experience.
Researching best recruitment practices and implementing them.
You will maintain and project timely recruitment data.
Running the different programs which will boost the hiring.
Regular industry mapping and presenting the insights to the leaders.
Candidate Profile | Who Can Apply
12+ Months of hands-on experience in end to end recruitment process across various IT, Engineering, Light Industrial, Healthcare, Accounting/finance and Pharma.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong desire to self-learn
Willing to work on tight deadlines.
Comfortable with high speed working under pressure
