Job Description | Role and Responsibilities
- Establish a positive, healthy and safe work environment in accordance with all appropriate legislation and regulations.
- Coach and mentor staff as appropriate to improve performance.
- Strategic Planning, scheduling & Production Management of process automation.
- Take measures to increase productivity, product quality and on time delivery commitments by resolving work flow bottlenecks and eliminate non-value-added processes.
