Job Description | Role and Responsibilities
- Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously
- Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
- Coach team members in Agile frameworks
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
- Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
- Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
- Help teams implement changes effectively
Candidate Profile | Who Can Apply
- Bachelors in engineering / MCA / Project management.
- Overal 8 years IT experience with related 4 years in Scrum role.
- Excellent experience in SDLC Methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC / Waterfall.
- Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology organizations.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation.
- Technologies to be well versed with - Java, Java script , .Net , APIs Integration, ITSM.
- SCURM certification (CSM) mandatory.
- ITIL Foundation certification mandatory.
