Job Description | Role and Responsibilities
Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously
Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives
Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
Coach team members in Agile frameworks
Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
Help teams implement changes effectively
Candidate Profile | Who Can Apply
Bachelors in engineering / MCA / Project management.
Overal 8 years IT experience with related 4 years in Scrum role.
Excellent experience in SDLC Methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC / Waterfall.
Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology organizations.
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation.
Technologies to be well versed with - Java, Java script , .Net , APIs Integration, ITSM.
