. Hire new Insurance Agents to associate with the company to bring new customers on board

. Train all agents for them to be able to use the company products

. Deliver on business goals as set by the company through the agents

. Ensure regular connect with pending leads/references.

. Insurance Product Knowledge- Motor Insurance

CTC : 4.2 Lacs + Conveyance.
