Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

  • Conduct Market research to identify selling possibilities & evaluate customers needs.
  • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
  • Prepare & deliver appropriate presentation on Product and services.
  • Organize meetings with prospective buyers and suggest properties best suited to them.
  • Negotiate / close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Collaborate with team Members to achieve better Results.
  • Contribute towards organizational sales goals and revenues.

Candidate Profile | Who Can Apply
  • MBA/Graduate with real estate sales experience. Female / Male
  • 2-3 years experience in Real Estate with excellent communication skills and good convincing ability.
  • Good presentation & communication and negation skills.
  • Own Transport mandatory (4 wheeler preferred).
  • Identify selling possibilities & evaluate customers needs.
