- TO ACHIEVE PRIMARY AND SECONDARY SALES TARGET MONTH WISE REAGENTS & EQUIPMENT.
- TO WORK IN THE FIELD AS PER THE MONTHLY TOUR PLAN.
- TO MEET THE CUSTOMERS as per company guidelines AND PROMOTE OUR RANGE OF PRODUCTS.
- TO ACHIEVE THE POB(personal order bookings) TARGETS MONTHLY.
- TO ACHIEVE PAYMENT COLLECTION MONTHWISE, FROM THE DISTRIBUTORS OF THE ASSIGNED AREA.
- TO ENSURE THE COMPANY'S SALES STRATEGIES ARE IMPLEMENTED PROPERLY.
- TO GIVE TIMELY MARKET FEEDBACK TO THE PRODUCT MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT REGARDING THE COMPETITIONS AND MARKET TRENDS.
- TO ENSURE THE COMPANIES REPORTING SYSYTEM IS IMPLEMENTED i.e TIMELY SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS & REPORTS, STOCK AND SALES STATEMENT, EXPENSE STATEMENT & TOUR PROGRAM.
