- Supervise employees in the production & Manufacturing area to ensure safety, quality and productivity.
- Lead from front to ensure safe behavior /GMP culture on the shop floor.
- Ensure production of Quality & cost effective products, as per the plan.
- Focused approach towards OEE/PA/MPS and financial yield by optimum utilization of the available resources & waste reduction.
- Close Monitoring of various processes, develop, update and maintain documents for compliance to HSE & Quality Systems.
- Complete BMR in time to make it a live document, coupled with On-time SAP transaction.
- Proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role
- Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools
- Basic skills in MS Office
- People Handling Skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Problem-solving skills
- BTech/BE - Any Specialization
- Any Post Graduate - Any Specialization
- Any Doctorate - Any Specialization
