Job Description | Responsibilities
- Responsible for Plan Vs actual production target every month.
- Responsible to recommend & Equip Plant with necessary tools & fixtures for the uninterrupted production & to improve productivity.
- Should be capable to monitor Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Productivity every day & report to Production Manager.
- Responsible for Continuous improvement activities within the operators and increase in the performance of line efficiency.
- Set daily/weekly/monthly production targets & communicate to Direct labours & Plan the production accordingly.
- Monitor the efficiency of Direct labours individually & report everyday performance to Production Manager.
- Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.
