Must have knowledge and experience in Salary components preparation.
â— Shall be processing monthly salary through HRMS software, If already worked on any
HRMS software would be an addon advantage
â— Shall ensure the calculation and understand the loop point
â— Shall be handling Tax computation, collection of investment documentation - verifying
and documenting the same.
â— Shall be handling multiple entities employees salary according to their Stuatutory
norms
â— Coordinating with HR team for the Leave & attendance module, reverting to the
employee grievance of payroll related.
â— Shall be responsible to coordinate with the finance department for timely
disbursement of the payroll
â— Shall be responsible for employee reimbursements as per company policy
â— Shall be handling all the MIS & Analytics regarding payroll through HRMS software
Candidates should have a graduation degree with minimum 1year experience as a
Payroll HR
â— Has good analytical capabilities, communication, people management, project
management, Team Player, Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
