  • Make shortage report and manage shortage / absenteeism on site.
  • Make planning of site visit daily/weekly/monthly
  • Responsible for all sites on time attendance collection, bill delivery and payment collection.
  • Manage site escalation.
  • Give training to on site.
  • Arrange manpower on time & Manpower joining formality
