Job Description | Role and Responsibilities
Advising on and providing legal support for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, including structuring transactions, negotiating terms, and drafting legal agreements.
Conducting legal due diligence on target companies to identify potential risks and liabilities.
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various agreements, including purchase agreements, term sheets, and license agreements.
Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Assessing and mitigating legal risks associated with transactions and ensuring compliance.
Working closely with other departments, including finance, business development, and external advisors.
Candidate Profile | Who Can Apply
LLB/LLM with 5+ years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, including working on complex transactions.
A thorough understanding of corporate law, securities law, and other relevant regulations.
Strong communication and negotiation skills are crucial for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide effective solutions.
Familiarity with legal software and document management systems can be beneficial.
