Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

  • Generating new leads for service sector in international business.
  • Day to day work with potential customer database.
  • Identify potential customer and companies matching the ideal customer profile.
  • Arrange the initial leads / clients contact.
  • Handle CRM on daily basis.
  • Maintain an accurate log of lead generation activity.
  • Managing the entire pipeline of client generation process.
  • Working along with sales team and ensure to provide them with enough relevant and warm leads. Supporting them with industry news and trends,change
  • Contribute ideas along with Sales and Marketing Teams and follow up after the execution of email, video, social media, and other marketing campaigns.

Candidate Profile | Who Can Apply
  • Relevant 5 – 7 years of work experience in lead generation for the service sector in international business (preferably in BPO / KPO).
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (face to face and virtual).
  • Proficient in MS office programs.
  • Minimum Education qualifications: Graduate in business / marketing or related area,
  • Critical thinker with the ability to think and come up with new approaches, go getter and self-motivator to ensure closure of deals.
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
  • Organized, responsible and goal-oriented person.
  • Experience in CRM management.
  • Self-starter, ability to achieve goals without daily supervision.
  • Coachable and eager to learn.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong business acumen and writing skills.
  • Good negotiation skills and ability to influence and persuade others (internal and external customers).
