Job Description | Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities -:
1. Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
2. Providing counselling on policies and procedures.
3. Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
4. Create and implement effective on boarding plans
5. Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
6. Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.

8. Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
9. Manage Sales & Purchase bills with the help of the Finance team.
10. Manage administrative work
