Job Description | Responsibilities
- Coordinating with inhouse Placement team to understand new job requirement (JD) from clients, posted in the internal job portal.
- Coordination with sales team for understanding the registered candidates requirements.
- Cold calling (Screening the as per JD and share profiles with the clients, the shortlisted candidates to be scheduled for interviews)
- Coordinating tasks pertaining to Training and Placement.
- Maintaining and regularly updating Database of the candidate.
