Job Description | Role and Responsibilities
Coordinating with inhouse Placement team to understand new job requirement (JD) from clients, posted in the internal job portal.
Coordination with sales team for understanding the registered candidates requirements.
Cold calling (Screening the as per JD and share profiles with the clients, the shortlisted candidates to be scheduled for interviews)
Coordinating tasks pertaining to Training and Placement.
Maintaining and regularly updating Database of the candidate.
Candidate Profile | Who Can Apply
2+ Yrs experience in similar position in a staffing/recruitment. Worked on job role – (Data analyst, Data scientist, Scrum master, Project Manager, Product Manager, Agile coach)
Pleasing personality and excellent communication skills and should have enthusiasm to work towards maintaining brand equity among Candidates
Knowledge about end to end recruitment cycle
Knowledge about resume reading and resume building
Good in reading and understanding the Job Description (JD)
Cold calling the candidates for explaining the JD and requirement
