Job Description | Role and Responsibilities
You work at the interface between management and employees and are the contact person for your colleagues with regards to professional and personal concerns
You are responsible for the employee support from onboarding to offboarding
You perform a wide range of tasks related to personnel administration throughout the entire HR lifecycle, including the creation of certificates, references and documents
You are responsible for preparatory payroll accounting
You support the implementation of new HR processes and tools
You are responsible for various projects to optimize HR processes
You coordinate tasks with all relevant internal stakeholders (Recruiting, Marketing, Delivery Partner, Compensation & Benefits, etc.) and external stakeholders (insurances, tax advisors, etc.)
Organizing events as well as the implementing HR initiatives (employer branding, university fairs, etc.) are also part of your job
Candidate Profile | Who Can Apply
At least 4 - 8 years of relevant professional experience
You are fluent in German and business fluent in English (spoken and written)
Your strengths include strong organizational and communication skills as well as flexibility and a positive attitude
A high degree of service and customer orientation and an awareness of quality work characterize you
You have an ability to work independently as well as in a team
