Job Description | Responsibilities
- You work at the interface between management and employees and are the contact person for your colleagues with regards to professional and personal concerns
- You are responsible for the employee support from onboarding to offboarding
- You perform a wide range of tasks related to personnel administration throughout the entire HR lifecycle, including the creation of certificates, references and documents
- You are responsible for preparatory payroll accounting
- You support the implementation of new HR processes and tools
- You are responsible for various projects to optimize HR processes
- You coordinate tasks with all relevant internal stakeholders (Recruiting, Marketing, Delivery Partner, Compensation & Benefits, etc.) and external stakeholders (insurances, tax advisors, etc.)
- Organizing events as well as the implementing HR initiatives (employer branding, university fairs, etc.) are also part of your job
