Job Description | Role and Responsibilities
Partner with business managers to plan and understand the functional requirements and source candidates
Plan and execute mass hiring as per business requirements taking into consideration diversity & inclusion
Execute a strong sourcing strategy to achieve business requirements on a timely basis for all businesses, enabling and support functions
Ensure the implementation of an effective recruitment plan in line with the estimated manpower requirements across the division
Coordinate with the business leaders to keep them informed about the work progress, share relevant CVs post scrutiny, set up interviews, follow up for feedback and effectively close the positions
Candidate Profile | Who Can Apply
Graduate or Post graduate in any discipline
Freshers are preferred or manpower consultancy background
Should be well versed with MS Office (Excel, Word, Ppt)
