Job Description | Role and Responsibilities
Use Alight’s advanced systems to review, classify, triage, and assign initial reports of suspected fraud from customers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Gather evidence, including querying, obtaining, sorting, analyzing, correlating, documenting, and preserving customer account changes, authentication, and other relevant activity.
