Job Description | Responsibilities

  • Work must be done as per the Director of this Company
  • Preparation and organization of Minutes of Meeting, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports of the Company
  • Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to the emails, and interfacing with the clients
  • Schedule meetings, appointments and manage travel itineraries   
  • Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents  
  • Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
