Job Description | Role and Responsibilities
Work must be done as per the Director of this Company
Preparation and organization of Minutes of Meeting, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports of the Company
Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to the emails, and interfacing with the clients
Schedule meetings, appointments and manage travel itineraries
Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
Candidate Profile | Who Can Apply
Knowledge of MS Office and other computer software skills is an additional advantage
English typing is 60 to 80 words per minute
Should have proficient communications skills
Should have efficient Time Management skills
Should maintain Confidentiality towards the confidential Information
Should have Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
Should have strong organizational, project management, interpersonal skills, critical thinking skills, and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
Should be highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment
