Digital Training / Learning Content Developer

• Build content for various digital platforms with innovation and due diligence. Conduct QA and testing on internal LMS, Create content and test them on mobile learning application, extract and maintain the completion reports for each asset created.
• Qualitative and quantitative content development within a stipulated time
• Continuously upgrade his skills to build user friendly content by using different softwares and tools.
• Continuous innovation in content building. Increase content usage by different users.
• Guide & train training team and stakeholders on content which is most appropriate for users to learn and lead.
• Optimal utilization of content and maximum out put in terms of read and retain knowledge and skills.
• Calendarization of content creation for different stakeholders.
• Creating best content as per the needs of stakeholders on time.
