- Understand customers concerns, issues, questions and do upselling
- Provide accurate and complete information by using the right tools
- Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers
- Resolve customers concerns and answer customers questions to your best ability on chat/email/voice
- Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers complaints
