  • Spares Handling- Spare issue/ receipt/ followup
  • Follow the complete process of spares handling including register maintenance
  • Mail sending/ attend to customer call and handling escalation
  • Complaint handling, assigning the compliant tickets with engineers, following up with the engineers
  • Taking full ownership on calls management
