- Spares Handling- Spare issue/ receipt/ followup
- Follow the complete process of spares handling including register maintenance
- Mail sending/ attend to customer call and handling escalation
- Complaint handling, assigning the compliant tickets with engineers, following up with the engineers
- Taking full ownership on calls management
