Job Description | Responsibilities
- Managing Company Finances, Accounts, Budgeting, MIS, Banking, Cash Flow Management, Working Capital
- Capital Management, Inventory Control, and reporting monthly/quarterly/annually comparison with percentage
- Ensure Statutory legal Compliance, VAT, IT, Excise, Service Tax, ROC, GST, Customs, DGFT, etc.
- Handling coordinating various tax assessments, liaising with Consultants in various states.
- Handling internal Statutory Audit and finalisation of accounts
- Ensuring follow up of legal compliance procedures.
- Reviewing product department wise costing margin analysis and offered pricing strategy recommendation on regular intervals.
- Look after Fund Management through internal accruals for refurbishment of plant facility controlled finance cost and minimized debts.
- Any changes or up gradation in software relating to accounts
