Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

  • Procure new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
  • Liaise with the finance team, operations, and logistics departments as appropriate.
  • Attend seminars, conferences, and events where appropriate.
  • Contact prospective clients through a variety of mediums – this could include reaching out on social media, phoning, emailing, or meeting in person.
  • Keeping on top of administrative tasks – such as updating CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
     

Candidate Profile | Who Can Apply
  • Neat, well-groomed appearance.
  • Basic IT skills, including the use of spreadsheets
  • A flexible approach to work with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Experience with CRM software
