Job Description | Role and Responsibilities
Procure new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
Liaise with the finance team, operations, and logistics departments as appropriate.
Attend seminars, conferences, and events where appropriate.
Contact prospective clients through a variety of mediums – this could include reaching out on social media, phoning, emailing, or meeting in person.
Keeping on top of administrative tasks – such as updating CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.

Proficiency in MS Office
Experience with CRM software

BBA / BMS - Bachelor of Business Administration / Management Studies - Any Specialization
