Job Description:
Handling the complete recruitment life cycle i.e. right from understanding the profile to sourcing and screening, telephonic interview, co-ordination of interviews, salary negotiation, post offer process and final joining.
Sourcing the required profiles through job portals, references, headhunting and mapping techniques.
Screening applicants to assess technical competence, credentials and attitude.
Taking telephonic interviews and shortlisting interested candidates based on suitability of the profile as per clients requirement based on experience in the industry, skills, assignments handled, communication etc.
