- SOP Process Documentation - Working experience of preparing and managing SOPs and process documents. Ability to discuss, document and close processes with function leaders independently
- Process Improvement - Should have clear understanding and working knowledge on process transformation, improvement leading to automation improvements
- Project Management : Excellent project management skills to work with cross functional teams
- Process Dashboards : Prepare monthly finance dashboards along with commentary. Processes include AR, AP, R2R, consolidation, tax Treasury and others.
- Analytical skills - Must have clear understanding about financial ratios, %Growth variance analysis.
- Financial Statement - Must have stronghold on TB review, Financials Statements review along with all schedules and complete all reconciliation
- Qualified Chartered Accountant - Finance or MBA
- 4-6 years of post-qualification experience in SAAS / MNC/ Large Indian Company
- Six Sigma, Black Belt or Certification in project management preferred
- Hands-on experience of working on ERP/ tools like NetSuite/ SAP/ Anaplan/ Workday / Bigquery etc.
- Ability to deliver within deadlines and under time pressure.
- Good Communication skills - Will have to communicate with teams outside India on a very frequent basis.
- Any Graduate - Any Specialization
- MBA/PGDM - Marketing, CA / Chartered Accountant - Any Specialization
- Any Doctorate - Any Specialization
