The recruiter is involved in managing all the basic functions of the recruitment. Major responsibilities include creating and publishing job ads, interviewing candidates, and seeking out new candidate sources.
A successful recruiter will be flexible and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and active listening skills. Ideal candidates should be able to foster lasting, professional relationships, and have a working knowledge of talent acquisition software.
